Use the oils individually as listed. Take one drop of valour and Drop it into the palm of your non-dominant hand, gently smooth your palms together, and then take a deep inhalation of the aroma, holding at the peak of your breath, to the count of 10 slowly release your breath and repeat three times. Repeat the same procedure with each oil. Conclude with valor. All the time you were doing this focus on the other side of what you were afraid of. For example if you are afraid of failing at riding a horse, focus on the feeling of successfully bridling, saddling, mounting and riding your horse across the field. And keep focussing on that until the fear of the failure goes away, and all as you feel is the satisfaction of having achieved it.
